Warranty Support


At point of purchase, we will inform clients of the warranty terms and conditions, period and exclusions relevant to the purchased item. We encourage all clients to register purchased products with respective manufacturers.

In the unlikely event of manufacturer defects, please speak with us and we will assist with the return/repair process. Proof of warranty and supporting documents are required to be produced for claims. All repairs, replacements and refurbishments remain at the discretion of the individual manufacturers.


We will be able to assist in the repair of products which are out of warranty.
An assessment will be made, and an estimated repair quotation will be provided accordingly.
